Always take a card on 11!
Blackjack is an incredibly popular, exciting and easy card game to play. The object is to have a hand with a total value higher than the dealer’s without going over 21. Kings, Queens, Jacks and Tens are worth a value of 10. An Ace has the value of 1 or 11. The remaining cards are counted at face value.
How to play
-Place a bet on Ante and/or on Pair Plus
-You and fellow players are dealt two cards each whilst the dealer is dealt one face up
-Decide whether you wish to ‘draw’ or ‘stay’ based on the total of your cards. You can continue to draw cards until you are happy with your hand
-Once all players have taken their turn the dealer draws another card for their hand. If the dealer’s cards total 16 or less they must draw until they reach 17 or more
-All bets are paid even money with the exception of blackjack
Rules
-If the dealer’s hand is higher than your hand without going over 21, you lose
-If your hand is higher than the dealer’s hand without going over 21, you win
-If the two hands have an equal value, it’s a tie
-All winning bets are paid 1 to 1 but when you get Blackjack you get paid out at 3 to 2
BLACKJACK SIDE BETS
Block Bet
Put a stake on the Block box and if one of the first two cards dealt to a Blackiack Hand are higher and in the same suit as the Dealers first card, Normal Block 2:1, Flush Block 5:1, Pair Block 10:1 and Ultimate Block 35:1
Ten-20
Put a stake on the Ten-20 box and if one of the first two cards dealt to a Blackjack Hand add up to a total of 10 or 20 points, Pay-Outs Pair of 5’s 22:1, Total of 10-points 10:1, Total of 20-points (including A-9) 3:1 and All others lose.
Perfect-11
Put a stake on the Perfect-11 box and if one of the first two cards dealt to a Blackjack Hand add up to a total of 11 points, Pay-Outs Suited 11-points (Perfect-11) 21:1,Any 11-points 10:1,Blackjack 5:1 and All others lose.
