Char-grilled Sirloin Steak of Irish Hereford beef (8oz), Rustic Potatoes and Caramelised Onions with a Whiskey Pepper Sauce or Garlic Butter.
 
Butternut Squash and Mango Curry
Butternut Squash, Mango, and Mixed Vegetables in a Thai Green Curry, with Coconut Milk, Lime Leaves, Galangal and Ginger served on Jasmine rice.
 
Cod
 Roast Fillet of Cod with Pecan Crust on Herb Potato Cake with Shellfish Sauce and aged Modena Balsamic Dressing.
